Through a $5,000 grant from the National Association of REALTORS and with volunteer labor by the Beaver Creek Area Association of REALTORS (BCAAR), landscaping and construction of a wall adjacent at each end of the new Wellsville Veterans Memorial has been installed. The work was completed Nov. 10, a day before Veterans Day. When BCAAR was heard of the Veterans Memorial project, village officials were contacted to gain approval of the participation of local REALTORS. An application for the National Association of REALTORS was approved, resulting in landscaping work. BCAAR is a local trade association, aligned with the Ohio Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. BCAAR supports a local membership of 230 REALTORS, primarily located in Columbiana and Mahoning counties. (Submitted photo)
