Tennessee Realtor Puts Forth Superhero Feat to Sell Charred Colonial

superhero, colonial, fire

What makes someone a superhero? A cape? Superhuman strength? Extraordinary powers that make the impossible possible? I put it before you, my wonderful readers, that a newly created superhero exists and is a Tennessee Realtor. Move over Batman and Superman, Paula Duvall is in town and her cape is freshly pressed and she is ready to sell.

Our newly minted Tennessee Realtor superhero is the listing agent for this beautiful colonial that sits on almost five acres. What earned her superhero status is that the colonial no longer looks the way pictured above.

Construction crews were making some last-minute renovations when an itsy bitsy explosion happened and the home went up in flames.

This is the lead photo that our superhero used in the listing. Flames are literally shooting out of the roof but that doesn’t intimidate Paula. No sir.

What remains of the home is located at 5603 Winslow Road, Franklin, Tennessee. The owners are asking $1,499M.

The first line of the listing says, “TRAGIC TOTAL LOSS by FIRE, of a CLASSIC MANSION !!! Sold As is!!”

Oh Paula, you madcap.

The fire may have devastated this poor home but it did not deter our superheroes. This Tennessee Realtor embraced what she had to work with and put it up front for everyone to see.

This reminds me of the scene from Gone With the Wind when Scarlett was making her way home and she came across what used to be the home of Ashley Wilkes.

I love the description of what we are seeing. I have learned all I need to know about our superheroes in that description. She is a glass-half-full type of person.

The descriptions did not stop there.

These two photos convinced me that Paula is the newest member of the superhero club. Hear me out.

At some point in their storyline, superheroes have some crises involving their status as a superhero. When Superman realized he was in love with Lois Lane and wanted some action, he gave up his powers not knowing that General Zog wreaked havoc and then it was just work, work, work to set everything back in order.

The fact that she feels the need to tell us this is the primary suite and a hallway is her crisis point.

The house is destroyed. Does it really matter if that used to be the master and the study? I have no words for the hand-drawn layout. But like all superheroes, this Tennessee Realtor bounced back.

Only 13 days on the market and there is already a pending contract on a house that is completely destroyed. If that isn’t a superhero feat then I don’t know what it is.

Yes, Paula. Yes, you are.
