The Deegan clan is headed to the Sunshine State.
Brian Deeganthe most decorated freestyle motocross rider in X Games history, is pulling up stakes in North Carolina so he and his family can spend more time in Florida, his wife Marissa Deegan announced on Instagram.
The couple have listed their 15,000-square-foot family compound on 35 acres in Cleveland, NC, for $3.95 million. The Deegans bought the property for $2.1 million in 2021.
This isn’t the pair’s first spin around the track with real estate. We’ve seen them sell a different mansion in North Carolina in 2020 and let go of a Southern California spread in the same year.
This four-bedroom, eight-bath mansion is well-equipped for a large family that loves the great outdoors. Beyond its sheer size, the property will prove particularly attractive to buyers who either collect cars or race dirt bikes.
A neutral palette and natural materials, such as blond-wood floors and exposed brick, create a cozy farmhouse feel. And if you like everything you see here, you’re in luck. All of the home’s furnishings are included in the asking price.
Big families or those with teens will be particularly well-suited to this house, as there are four bedroom suites and two full kitchens.
Amenities include a home gym, built-in bar, lots of lounge space, and a pool table. Outside, a heated pool, spa, and three types of race tracks guarantee leisure and recreation on demand.
Want to live like a pioneer? You can even go off grid here, thanks to the private fueling station and raised vegetable beds.
In addition to his racing pursuits, Deegan is the founder of the clothing and lifestyle brand, Metal Mulisha. He has competed in motocross, freestyle motocross, rally car, and short-course truck events.
