Actor Penn Badgley Looking To Flip Recently Purchased Catskills Home for $1.7M

Penn Badgleystar of Netflix’s “You,” already wants to unload the 10.5-acre, West Shokan, NY, home he bought for $1.6 million just last year.

He had planned to use the place as a retreat for family and friends. Instead, he’s selling it for $1.7 million. The home was originally listed in April for $1.85 million.

Badgley became a household name in 2007, when he debuted as Dan Humphrey (aka “Lonely Boy”) on the CW hit show, “Gossip Girl.”

More recent fans might know him now for his role as serial killer Joe Goldberg in the popular Netflix series, “You.”

The TV star also owns a Park Slope apartment with his wife Domino Kirke. The pair purchased the three-bedroom pad, adjacent to Prospect Park, in 2021.
