Kudos: Richmond realtor pledge $100K to Richmond Hospital

Donations to help with the development of a new emergency department and medical imaging centre.

Richmond realtor Walloce Sohl has pledged $100,000 over a five-year period to benefit the new acute care tower at Richmond Hospital.

Sohl was introduced to the Richmond Hospital Foundation in 2018 and became an early donor to the ACT NOW Campaign that raised funds for the future Yurkovich Family Pavilion.

“Investing in the future of health care will ensure that every individual, who comes through Richmond Hospital’s doors, will have the best care possible,” explained Sohl.

“Your main goal should be to stay healthy, but should anything happen, the new hospital will be ready to help you with the newest technology and the best care.”

Spencer Gall, campaign director of the Richmond Hospital Foundation, said they are thankful for Sohl’s donations.

“His philanthropic gift will help make a profound and positive impact on the community of Richmond for years to come.”
