The Osceola County Association of REALTORS (OSCAR) recently honored its local REALTORS and Vital Industry Partners (VIPs) during the annual December Installation and Awards Ceremony.
The winners were nominated by Association members for going above and beyond in their service to the community and the Association. Here are the recipients: Vital Industry Partner Rising Star of the Year – Kristina Groetsch The award recognizes a newly active Vital Industry Partner of our Association who has contributed outstanding service and volunteered time toward the success of the Association and REALTOR members.
Vital Industry Partner of the Year – Leslie Hanna Coatney The award acknowledges the contributions and commitment of a Vital Industry Partner who actively participated in OSCAR programs and activities, supported our association, our mission, and our REALTOR members during this year.
Vital Industry Partner Office of the Year – Oliver Title Law Award recognizes a Vital Industry Partner that has contributed outstanding support to our Association.
Public Policy Award – Cheryl Grieb The award recognizes a REALTOR member who works effectively on our local, state and national public policy issues.
Good Neighbor Award – Justin Shrouder The award recognizes a REALTOR member who has given time, energy and resources to improve the welfare of those in need.
Global Excellence Award – Kymbat Iglikova Award recognizes a REALTOR member who currently holds the CIPS designation and participates, serves on, or is a member of the Global Alliance Committee.
REALTOR Rising Star of the Year – Maria Lebron The award is given to a member, newly active with the Association over the past two years, who has demonstrated a commitment to our mission and contributed outstanding and abundant service within our Association.
OSCAR REALTOR Star of the Year – Angel Ortiz, Jr.
The award is given to a Realtor who has demonstrated excellence in fulfilling the Association’s goals and objectives.
REALTOR of the Year – Gladys Thayer The annual recipient exemplifies what it means to be a REALTOR. They have been active in our Association and our community, contributing freely of themselves and their talents. They have demonstrated a committed effort in volunteering for other related real estate organizations, exemplifying OSCAR’S mission in their service.
Lifetime Achievement Award – Renee Clark The award recognizes a REALTOR member who has performed outstanding service and accomplishments spanning a career in real estate. The OSCAR member has a minimum cumulative number of 20 years of service and leadership at the Osceola County Association of Realtors.
